Introduction

Hi Friends

I am Sushobhan Haldar, age 42, an employee in Pvt. Sector MNC. I got to know about my diabetes in June 2010 during my pre-medical check-up for a Job. This was a piece of pretty shocking news as I do not have any family history.

Medicines and difficulties that came along

Thankfully, I never had to take Insulin. Initially, I was on Glycomet GP 2. I suffered from headaches, bloating on and off, fatigue, and fatty liver. I suffered from hypertension too for which I took medicines for 3 years and then stopped. In short, I was just not happy with my life.

How I discovered FFD and my reversal journey

Having diabetes at a very young age, being on medicines, and facing other problems, deepened my urge to get healthy. I started looking for options and I came across Freedom from Diabetes while searching on YouTube. The whole concept of diabetes reversal was overwhelming and I knew this was the right place. I joined the FFD diabetes reversal program - HTP and from there onwards, life took a U-turn.

As I started following the 4 FFD protocols, my sugar levels too started reducing. I am very happy to share that my diabetes medicines stopped on the very 7th day of the FFD program. I have lost 8 Kg from 72 Kg to 64 Kg and it has been stable.
