My Story
Fortunately, I'm not diabetic, but I did struggle with being overweight. I tried to manage it through conventional methods, including being a regular gym-goer for over two and a half years, yet my weight continued to increase.
Despite consistent physical activity, nothing seemed to work effectively.
My challenges were compounded by a sedentary lifestyle post-COVID and high fasting insulin levels, which made weight loss even more difficult.
How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?
My parents were FFD graduates, and their remarkable transformation—each losing 25 to 30 kilos—deeply inspired me.
Witnessing their success firsthand motivated me to embark on my own health journey. Recognizing the need for a more structured and holistic approach, I turned to FFD.

Reversal Story
FFD's integrated approach of diet, exercise, fasting, and inner transformation helped address my metabolic imbalances.
Though not on regular meds previously, I was diagnosed with cholesterol issues during the program, but became medication-free by October 2024.
I started at 102 kg and dropped to 83 kg in just five and a half months. I am now at 85 kg in a muscle-gain phase, aiming to build muscle and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Physically, the change is huge. At 29, I used to pant climbing stairs and found basic movements exhausting.
Now, I climb stairs easily, move freely, and can even use Indian-style toilets, which was once a challenge. These victories have boosted my confidence and independence.
The inner transformation journey significantly impacted my mindset. My vision board helped identify and work through mental blockages.
While journaling wasn't for me, meditation and deep breathing help me relax and stay focused daily.
I am still exploring my athletic identity, consistently running and gymming three to four days a week, open to discovering what fitness truly aligns with me.
FFD has been a "life-changing program" for me, not just for diabetics but anyone battling obesity or lifestyle issues.
The key is commitment and perseverance, understanding that "tough things take time." With resolve, anyone can benefit.
