Hello all,

I'm Renuka Nandini a full-time homemaker, French language teacher, and part-time artist dabbling in various media and methodologies.

My diabetes story

Life was smooth sailing till I underwent a D&C procedure at the age of 50. The preoperative blood tests revealed high blood sugar readings.

I don't remember if HbA1c was done at that time but I was declared 'pre-diabetic' and was started on 1g Glucophage once in the morning and once in the night.

I very dutifully and obediently went about taking the chemicals not for a moment realizing that there could be an alternate solution. So the days and years went by. I must say I was fortunate to not have faced any other issues like cholesterol, BP, or thyroid.

How did FFD happen?

FFD got introduced through one of our very good friends. My husband who is also a diabetic immediately registered for Dr. Pramod's first session and insisted I should attend it too.

What made me choose FFD?

My interest was caught thoroughly in just the first few minutes of the session. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program HTP batch 58 along with my husband.

Reversal story

My batch began on 18th April 2020 and I was free on 23rd April.  Free in just 4 days! Amazing!

My HbA1c was between 8.3 to 8.9 when I started and after completing my course it had come down to 5.8. Upon following the 4 FFD protocols properly, my energy levels have increased manifold. I feel lighter, happier, and highly motivated.

Giving up milk/curd which seemed just impossible has become possible due to Dr. Pramod's very effective explanation of the harmful effects of dairy. It is liberating to be free of medicines. I feel very healthy and ready to talk about FFD to anyone who would listen or even to those who wouldn't!

My next step is to accelerate my athletic identity and become the runner I want to be.  Regular trekking with FFD club members is helping me towards achieving my goal.

On and off, I do face challenges in terms of not being able to follow the diet or exercise as I should but I don't let that bother me. I know I can bring it back on track and I have the FFD team right behind me to give the support I may need.

Having taken up the role of mentor I am happy to assist, help, and guide in any way I can.
