My Story
In 2015, I began experiencing unusual symptoms excessive thirst, dryness in my mouth, and constant hunger. This was a drastic change for me because I was someone who could go an entire day with just a single glass of water.
Being a doctor, I suspected diabetes, checked my sugar at home, and later confirmed it through lab tests. The diagnosis was officially that I had diabetes.
Initially, I avoided medicines, but when I did take them, I felt weak and drained. So, I stopped and instead focused on diet and lifestyle to control my sugar levels. For a while, this approach worked.
How FFD Was Introduced
One day, an old patient of mine shared that he had reversed his diabetes through Dr. Pramod Tripathi’s programme. His words struck me.

Reversal Story
During COVID, my HbA1c shot up to 10, which was alarming. With FFD’s structured protocols, my HbA1c came down steadily and now stands at 5.5 without any medication.
This was not just a medical transformation but a personal one. I no longer feel dull, weak, or tired. My mind is sharper, and my body feels lighter and more energetic.
My weight also reduced from 67 kg to 63 kg. Since my BMI was already healthy (around 23), my dietitian advised me not to lose more weight. I have been able to maintain it steadily.
Athletic Identity
Before FFD, fitness was never consistent in my life. In college, I had joined the gym for just a month and then dropped it. But now, for the first time, I truly enjoy exercise.
