My Diabetes Story
My diabetes journey began around 2019, amidst the height of COVID. I was losing weight, constantly tired, extremely thirsty and yet I didn’t expect diabetes. With no family history, the diagnosis came as a surprise.
But I know now what caused it; long work hours, meetings, stress, and a major sweet tooth. I was indulging in sweets, jaggery, and lots of mangoes during lockdown. It all caught up with me.
How FFD Was Introduced & Why I Chose It
In 2024, I came across Freedom From Diabetes on Facebook. I was immediately drawn to its scientific, structured, and holistic approach. Unlike medicine-focused treatment, FFD spoke to me body, mind, and lifestyle.
I signed up, motivated to reverse my diabetes through sustainable changes. The logic, the evidence, and the community gave me hope.
Reversal Story
