My Diabetes Story
My diabetes was detected in a rather unusual way. I was struggling with persistent itching and small boils on my skin.
When I visited my doctor, she checked my blood sugar with a glucometer. It was over 400. That’s when I was officially diagnosed.
Looking back, I also experienced rapid, unexplained weight loss. From 98 kg, I had come down to 77 kg even before starting any structured program.
At the time, I didn’t realize this was a classic symptom of uncontrolled diabetes.
How FFD Was Introduced
I came across Dr. Malhar Ganla’s videos online. They struck a chord with me and gave me hope that life without diabetes medicines was possible.
Encouraged, I enrolled in the Holistic Tranformation Program and that decision has changed my life.

Reversal Story
At my worst, my HbA1c was 11.6. With FFD’s guidance, it dropped to 5.3 at one point and now remains stable around 6.6.
Before FFD, I was taking 7 different diabetes medicines including heavy doses of Metformin (1000 mg, 2–3 times daily).
But within just 10 days of joining, under Dr. Jitendra Pawar’s supervision, I was able to stop them completely.
My cholesterol levels also improved dramatically, coming down from 228 to the normal range. My uric acid reduced from 7.5 to 5.43.
Weight loss was another milestone I dropped from 98 kg to as low as 71 kg. Today, I maintain myself at around 82 kg, still far healthier than before.
Athletic Identity
I’ll admit I haven’t fully embraced a strong athletic identity yet.
I follow diet and health guidelines seriously, but I still need to work on making structured exercise a consistent part of my life.
This is my next big goal.
Current Lifestyle & Reflection
Dietary changes have been powerful for me.
I follow FFD’s smoothie and juice patterns red juice in the morning, green juice later in the day and they’ve made me feel lighter and more energetic.
Fasting was another game-changer. I participated in Fast for Freedom and even did prolonged fasts for 7–8 days.
While the first couple of days were tough, from the fourth day onward, I felt light, energetic, and mentally clear.
Inner Transformation
Inner Transformation Sessions also played a big role. It helped me tremendously.
My sessions with psychologist Paramita Chakraborty helped me calm my mind and simplify my thought process.
Journaling, as suggested, has been particularly therapeutic.
Overall, FFD has not just reduced my sugars but has given me balance, clarity, and energy.
