My Diabetes Story
It all started with a routine annual check-up at LIC. I had no typical diabetes symptoms, no tiredness, no frequent urination yet my HbA1c came out at 8.3.
I also had high cholesterol, though I had never taken cholesterol medication before.
I have a family history. My father was diabetic but the diagnosis still came as a shock. Doctors advised me to start medication immediately.
How FFD Entered My Life
At a time of confusion, I met a yoga team from Mumbai, where a psychotherapy counsellor, Mrs. Smita Kamda, told me about Dr. Pramod Tripathi and Freedom from Diabetes.
One of her relatives had benefited from the program.
Curious, I watched Dr. Tripathi’s videos on YouTube. I was struck by the message and decided to join FFD’s Holistic Transformation Program (HTP).

Reversal Story
Initially, I believed diabetes was a lifelong condition. But after the very first session with Dr. Tripathi, something changed. I began to believe that reversal was possible.

Athletic Identity
Though I haven’t yet fully embraced a fixed athletic routine, I feel drawn toward cycling. It’s an activity I see myself enjoying regularly in the near future, and I plan to explore this as I continue my fitness journey.
