Hello all,
I am Bidhu Ranjan Mondal from Siliguri, West Bengal. I work in the construction field, which keeps me constantly on the move—traveling from one site to another, Often walking several kilometers a day.

Along with the fieldwork, I also manage office duties and attend meetings, sometimes starting as early as 8 a.m. With such a hectic and high-pressure schedule, both physically and mentally, my health often takes a backseat.

My Diabetes Story

I have no family history of diabetes—my parents lived into their 80s without it. So, my diagnosis came as a surprise. Apart from frequent urination and constant fatigue, I had no major symptoms. A test later revealed my HbA1c was 8.4.

Instead of succumbing to medication, I decided to take a different path. I believe strongly in the possibility of reversing diabetes through lifestyle changes.

Despite recommendations from doctors to begin medication immediately, I chose to wait and give my body a chance to heal naturally—with the help of a structured program.

How was FFD introduced and why did I choose it?

I came across Freedom from Diabetes (FFD), and it instantly resonated with me. After researching various programs, I knew that with the right guidance and commitment, I could reverse my condition. With strong support and self-belief, I dedicated myself to following the FFD protocols.

Reversal Story

My confidence paid off—my HbA1c dropped from 8.4 to 5.31, all without medication. My 7 kg weight loss from 89 kg down to 82 kg has been good.

Initially, it wasn’t easy to follow all the protocols, Especially the exercise routines. I couldn’t manage the "3-2-1" formula earlier.

But now I consistently do antigravity and wall-based exercises, cycle at home, and walk on weekends. I may not love it yet, But I do it because I know it’s necessary.

I’m still discovering my athletic identity, But I’m improving daily.

I have not fully explored meditation or inner transformation yet, but I stay mentally strong and committed, especially when it comes to managing stress.

What truly helped me was self-belief. I did not blindly follow advice—I researched, reflected, and decided to give myself a month: if it worked, I would skip medicines; if not, I would reconsider.

That clarity helped me succeed.
