My Story
I was diagnosed with diabetes 12–15 years ago during a routine company health check. At first, I thought it was temporary, but with both parents diabetic, it soon became clear this was something I had to manage long-term.

After joining FFD, the transformation began. My HbA1c dropped from 9.5 to 6.4, and my weight reduced from 71 kg to 63.5 kg.
My daily medicines went down from 1500 mg to just 40–60 mg for insulin resistance.

Athletic Identity
Fitness is now a core part of my life. I walk over 7,000 steps a day, often walking 1.5 km back home after work.
I also train at the gym three times a week for about two hours, focusing on strength training. I can now do leg presses with twice my body weight—a feat I couldn’t have imagined earlier.

Fasting & Lifestyle
I follow a fibre-rich, dairy-free diet with salads and wholesome meals. While full-day fasting is challenging for me, intermittent fasting and juice fasting work very well and help me maintain my weight and energy levels.
