The Transformation
At diagnosis, I weighed 92 kg. By the time I joined FFD, I had dropped a bit to 87–88 kg. But the real shift came after joining, especially during Phase 1.2 and fasting protocols. I lost 24 kg, and now hover around 68 kg, as I enter the muscle-building phase. My HbA1c dropped to 5.3; diabetes reversed.
