My Diabetes Story

I was diagnosed with diabetes 6 years ago. At my highest, my HbA1c had reached 10.5. My weight was also up at 85 kg.

I started taking one allopathic tablet along with two Ayurvedic medicines prescribed by an Ayurvedic doctor.

Despite trying to manage my diet, my sugar levels remained erratic. This is when I began looking for a structured way to reverse my diabetes.

Reversal Story

Athletic Identity

Cycling has been my main athletic identity.

My longest ride was 55 km, and I regularly cycled 25–30 km at a stretch. In recent months, due to a leg problem, I have reduced cycling and shifted focus to gym workouts.

I now train 3–4 days a week at the gym and have increased my protein intake to support my workouts.

While my weight is currently 71 kg (up from 65 kg), I attribute this to healthy muscle gain rather than fat.

I can do 108 suryanamaskar 3 or 4 times a year. My best is 216 Suryanamaskars at one go.

Current Lifestyle & Reflection

Earlier, I exercised like “mad” for hours; now I exercise for about an hour to maintain my health parameters.

My diet is moderate, but thanks to FFD and FFF, I can keep my sugars under control even when life gets busy.

I also tried the inner transformation sessions. Though I didn’t see visible changes like with my weight or sugar, I believe it may have worked subconsciously.
