My Diabetes Story

When I was planning for a baby, my routine check-up revealed I was diabetic.

I experienced constant hunger and struggled to conceive.

My initial treatment involved heavy insulin multiple injections daily which was painful and emotionally taxing.

Alongside this, I tried dietary adjustments with nuts, seeds, and careful meal planning, but the management felt incomplete.

How FFD Came Into My Life

I learned about Freedom From Diabetes through a friend who shared information online.

My main goal was to get rid of insulin, which had caused me so much physical discomfort and stress.

The thought of becoming independent of insulin was my biggest motivation to join FFD.
