I’ve always been conscious of my health and did full-body checkups every 6 months. In one such report in 2022, just as I was planning to conceive, my reports showed I had developed diabetes.

At the time of joining, my HbA1c was 8.4 (down from a previous 9.6), and I weighed around 79 kg. Just by following the Phase 1 protocols, I lost about 4–5 kg in the first few weeks. Over time, my HbA1c came down to 5.5.
Due to my prolonged bleeding, I couldn’t consistently follow fasting or exercise plans, but I worked around my limitations.

I still experience weight fluctuations (70–73 kg) and my PCOS is not fully healed yet, but I know what’s working for me now.
