My Story
When I was diagnosed with diabetes, I was told I’d have to take medicines lifelong. The prescription started with 500 mg, then 1000 mg, and eventually insulin was suggested.
But that very day, I made a decision: I would never take diabetes medicines. My search for a natural cure led me to a LinkedIn post about Muktotsav and that was the turning point.
A simple smoothie recipe shared by a friend gave me my first breakthrough. Within just three days of having that smoothie, my blood sugar levels became normal.
How FFD Was Introduced
Curious to see this transformation at a larger scale, I joined TRP 27 in Pune. I wanted to witness how people with decades of diabetes were reversing it.
Reversal Story
My TRP journey was nothing short of magical. From day one, I was immersed in yoga, meditation, exercises, and detoxifying food routines.
Initially, I felt like running away especially on juicing day! But after three days, my hunger vanished, my body felt light, and I began enjoying the process.
By the end of the programme, I was completely medicine-free. Since 2017, I have cleared the GTT every year, my HbA1c has stayed around 5.5, and my weight dropped from 92 kg to as low as 74 kg (currently around 80 kg).
I also reversed grade 2 fatty liver, regained energy, and my face once dull and tired now glows with health.
Fast for Freedom (FFF) Experience
I have experimented with fasting, including 2–3 day sessions of the Fast for Freedom (FFF) protocol, and even practiced juice or water fasting before joining FFD.
Recently, I paused due to minor acidity but plan to restart with proper guidance.
Athletic Identity
Before FFD, even cycling half a kilometre felt impossible. Today, I cycle 25–50 km daily and often commute to the office by bicycle, something I never imagined a few years ago.
Current Lifestyle & Reflection
The FFD programme has completely transformed my health and life. From being a sedentary, medicine-dependent individual, I now live an active, medicine-free lifestyle with full control over my weight and blood sugars.
