Many friends recommended Dr. Pramod Tripathi for diabetes reversal. I also came across references by Dr. BM Hegde on YouTube.
Motivated to make life changes, I attended an FFD workshop and decided to join the program.

I strictly followed the FFD protocols, including the 25% portion rule, mandatory protein intake, salads, and smoothies for detox.
I adopted water fasting on Sundays and experienced increased energy levels.
Over nine days of fasting, I lost 4.5 kg and eventually reduced my weight from 81 kg to 59 kg, improving my HbA1c from ~10 to 6.7.
