My Diabetes Story
My health challenges began after my hysterectomy at age 35. My stamina dropped drastically and over the next few years my weight increased by almost 15 kg.

How I Found FFD & Why I Joined
I came across FFD through friends and YouTube. I followed their recipes, smoothies, and AFBJ even before joining.

My HbA1c when I joined was 8.5.
Through FFD protocols, especially fasting (A3, A8, Navratri fasting), raw diet phases, and lifestyle changes, my HbA1c dropped by almost 1.5–2 points.
