My Health Story Before FFD

I never had diabetes, but my HbA1c was gradually rising over the years from 5.8 to 6.2, and eventually 6.8, indicating pre-diabetes.

With a family history (my father was diabetic), I knew I needed to act before it worsened. I had no major symptoms, and it was only through routine tests that I discovered my condition.

Over the years, I had tried multiple diets and approaches for weight management, but none worked sustainably.

How FFD Entered My Life

I learned about FFD through a close family friend, Mrs. Gayatri Kongovi, who had experienced excellent results with the program.

She introduced me to concepts like the 25% rule and transitioning towards a vegan lifestyle by reducing milk and milk products.

Initially, I struggled to begin, but when my HbA1c rose, I decided to join. The online program made it easier for me to start and follow consistently.

Reversal Story

Physically, I continue to practice yoga consistently, including knee exercises and Surya Namaskars, often completing 11–12 rounds daily (22 combined with my partner).

While I haven’t yet incorporated gym or strength training, I remain active and fit overall.
