My Diabetes Story
I’ve always been conscious of my health. I don’t have a family history of diabetes, but about two years ago, my routine full-body check-up showed I was in the pre-diabetic range.
Though I tried to manage it on my own, nothing worked. My sweet tooth didn’t help. I had a long-standing habit of craving sweets after dinner.

Reversal Story
When I joined, my HbA1c was 6.1. Within 3 months, it dropped to 5.8. With continued discipline, I estimate it's now around 5.4–5.6.
I never needed diabetes medication thanks to early awareness and consistent lifestyle changes.
Physically, I dropped 4 kg from 58.5 to 54.5 mostly around the belly. Now I’m focusing on building muscle and maintaining my weight between 50–52 kg.
