My Diabetes Story
I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic during a routine body check-up when my HbA1c was 5.7 and fasting sugar was 110 mg/dl.
I had no major symptoms except for frequent hot flashes and depression, which led me to undergo the tests.
With a family history showing only one aunt with diabetes, I became cautious and determined to stop it from progressing.

How FFD Was Introduced to Me
I discovered Freedom From Diabetes (FFD) on Instagram. Their approach resonated with me because I didn’t want to wait until diabetes took over my health. I wanted to act early, prevent complications, and improve my overall well-being.
Reversal Story
Joining FFD turned out to be one of the best health decisions of my life. Within months, my HbA1c reduced from 5.7 to 5.3, and I successfully cleared my GTT.
I lost nearly 8 kg, dropping from 64–65 kg to 57 kg, and my blood pressure, which was previously on the higher side, has now normalized.
I no longer take allopathic medicines for BP, relying only on mild homeopathic support.

Beyond numbers, I feel a remarkable difference in my health: palpitations linked to depression have reduced, cervical and body pains have eased, and emotionally I feel much lighter and more positive.

I am still following my diet plan and aim to reduce more weight as per my BMI targets.
Although I haven’t yet joined the Fast for Freedom sessions or the Inner Transformation program, I am planning to explore them soon.
My depression scores are already low, but I am aware of how meditation and structured stress management can help further.
