My Diabetes Story 

In 2023, I began feeling unusually tired even with minimal activity. Concerned, I consulted my physician who recommended a series of tests.

That’s when my HbA1c report came back as 6.5, placing me in the prediabetic range.

The doctor advised me to control my weight to avoid diabetes and future medications. Already dealing with hypertension, I realized I needed to take preventive action.

That’s when I chose to enroll in Freedom from Diabetes (FFD).
