My journey with prediabetes began a few years ago during a routine check-up. Though I didn’t have major symptoms, I often felt tired, bloated, and heavier than before.

With a strong family history both my parents and grandparents had diabetes I knew I had to act before it got worse. For about 2–3 years, I was on a low-dose diabetes medication (250 mg once daily), but I was never comfortable relying on pills.

My husband was the first to tell me about Freedom From Diabetes (FFD). A few of his friends had joined and were already seeing great results.

Today, my health feels more balanced than ever. My blood sugar is stable, thyroid is under control, and I have the stamina to run, work, and live with energy.
