My diabetes started around 10–12 years ago. A random checkup showed a reading of 160, but the stress behind it was much deeper.I had no physical symptoms initially, but slowly I began experiencing frequent urination, weakness, energy loss, and my mind felt constantly “stuck.”
For years, I lived in fear and pressure both from life and from unhealed childhood trauma. I often felt like I wasn’t myself anymore.
