My Diabetes Story

My diabetes was diagnosed during a routine health check. I didn’t have noticeable symptoms like fatigue or frequent urination, which made it even more surprising.

With both my parents and siblings having diabetes, I understood that I was at high risk. Even though I felt fine, I knew I couldn’t ignore it.

My Reversal Story

When I joined, my HbA1c was 7.7. Over time, it came down to 5.7, which was a huge achievement for me.

Currently, it stays around 6.5, which I am maintaining with awareness and consistency.

I was on medication initially, but gradually reduced the dosage.

Today, I only take a tablet occasionally at night when my sugar levels fluctuate slightly.

Apart from diabetes, I also saw improvements in my cholesterol levels.

I had a thyroid concern as well, but it was managed completely through diet without needing any medication.

Although my weight remained mostly stable, I became more active and felt better overall in my day-to-day life.
