My Diabetes Story
Working in a demanding corporate job, I spent long hours sitting with barely any physical activity. Over time, this sedentary routine, Along with poor eating habits, started affecting my health.
Around 4–5 years ago, during a routine health checkup, I was diagnosed with diabetes.
In the beginning, I faced multiple symptoms—swelling, numbness, and persistent stomach pain. These discomforts were clear signs that my sugar levels were out of control.
With a family history of diabetes, I knew my lifestyle was only making things worse, and I had to act before it got more serious.
How was FFD introduced, and what made me choose FFD?
