My diabetes journey began in 2004–2005, when I suddenly started losing weight. A blood test confirmed diabetes.

I joined FFD at the age of 56. I wanted structure, discipline, and a scientific approach to managing diabetes.

When I joined FFD, my weight was 59 kg. During juice feasting, I lost 13 kg very quickly and went back down to 59 kg.
