My Health Story
I had never struggled with weight throughout my life.
Even in my late forties and early fifties, my weight stayed stable. But during perimenopause, things suddenly started changing.
Every month, I noticed the scale going up.
Half a kilo here, one kilo there slowly my weight reached 71.3 kg, and for my body type, that felt alarming.
Along with weight gain came several other problems:
- Constipation
- Poor gut health
- Body stiffness
- Joint discomfort
- Low physical comfort
I knew my body was not comfortable carrying that extra weight.
More than looking good, I simply wanted to feel healthy and energetic again.
How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?

I came across videos and health reels by Dr. Malhar, and since I have always been interested in holistic wellness, those conversations deeply resonated with me.
I reached out through Instagram, and that one message eventually became the beginning of my transformation journey.

Reversal & Transformation Story
Although I was non-diabetic, my body was clearly showing signs of hormonal imbalance and metabolic stress.
Initially, the journey was slow.
For almost two months, my weight barely moved despite all my efforts. But with consistent support and guidance, things slowly started improving.

Yoga has been a major part of my life for the last 13 years.
For me, yoga is not just relaxation it is strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and awareness.

I also aspire to start running alongside my husband, who is already a runner.

Current Lifestyle & Reflection
Today, I feel far more aware of my body than before.
FFD helped me understand how deeply food, gut health, hormones, movement, and metabolism are interconnected.
The journey was not perfect or linear, but it taught me patience and consistency.
I still continue working on muscle strength and mobility through physiotherapy and mindful movement.
Most importantly, I no longer feel helpless about my health changes during menopause.
