My diabetes was diagnosed nearly 15–16 years ago. It started after a viral fever, when I began experiencing persistent leg pain for months.
When I got tested, my sugar levels were high.

Over the years, I didn’t have very severe symptoms, but slowly, complications started showing up.
I had cataract issues earlier, and recently I started seeing spots again in my vision, which required laser treatment.

How Was FFD Introduced and What Made Me Choose It?
A close friend of mine joined the program and saw excellent results; she even cleared her GTT. That made me curious.
I had also seen videos of Dr. Pramod Tripathi earlier, so when my health concerns started increasing especially related to kidneys and overall weakness I decided to join.

My Reversal Journey
When I joined, my HbA1c was around 6.5. With consistent changes in food and lifestyle, it came down to around 5.7.
One of the biggest wins for me was that I could stop my diabetes medication within 3 months.

- But more than numbers, I started noticing real changes in how I felt:

- Acidity and constipation reduced
- My energy levels became better
I started including salads regularly, something I never did before and that made a big difference.
I’ll be honest I haven’t been perfect.
I couldn’t consistently follow fasting, and sometimes eating outside still affects my sugar levels, especially fasting sugar in the morning.

I wouldn’t call myself very athletic yet, but I have definitely become more active.
Earlier, I used to do very little, just some basic yoga.

- Regular movement throughout the day
I prefer doing everything at home rather than going to a gym, and that works well for me.
Even with knee concerns, I’m slowly building strength and confidence in my body.
My Current Lifestyle & Reflection
Today, my focus is simple: Eat right, stay active, and be consistent.
I’ve built habits like

- Following structured meals
- Doing regular exercise at home
I’ve also realized that lifestyle matters more than anything else.
