My Diabetes Story
During a routine annual health check, I was shocked to see my HbA1c at 6.8. I had no symptoms, but the numbers showed I was in the pre-diabetic range. With both parents diabetic, I knew I had to act fast.

Initially, a doctor prescribed me a long list of medicines. I was shaken. Instead of jumping into high doses, I turned to FFD.

Athletic Identity
Before FFD, I could barely fast 24 hours except for religious reasons. After joining, I learned structured fasting and completed several FFD Fasts (FFF). In some cycles I lost 7 kg within 5–8 days.
I also discovered running. On weekends, I now run 6–7 km comfortably without pain thanks to strength training and gradual conditioning. My big dream is to trek to Everest Base Camp next year.
Current Lifestyle & Reflection
I follow a flexible meal plan: two meals on exercise days, one meal on yoga days, and light portions on rest days. This helps me maintain weight between 77–79 kg (down from 87 kg at start).
Meditation and inner transformation sessions keep me mentally steady.
I set goals like losing another 6 kg, doing 108 Surya Namaskars, and reaching Everest Base Camp and visualising them daily to stay motivated.
