Hello, I’m 32 years old, from Noida. I’ve been living with diabetes for 7 years. As a software developer, my work routine was sedentary and stressful but thanks to FFD, I’ve learned how to take charge of my health and live with balance, energy, and purpose.

Key Takeaways
  • HbA1c reduced from 8.0 to 6.6 in 4 months
  • Quit smoking and drinking completely
  • Lost 4 kg and built healthy muscle mass in 4 months
  • Cholesterol levels under control
  • Learned self-management and discipline through FFD

My Diabetes Story

I was diagnosed with diabetes around 7 years ago. It started with extreme lethargy and low energy levels.

I went for a routine check-up, and my doctor suggested blood tests. That’s when my HbA1c came back high, confirming diabetes.

With a strong family history of diabetes both my father and uncle being diabetic I knew this wasn’t going to be easy.

Initially, I didn’t take it too seriously. But over time, my energy kept dropping, and my doctor eventually told me something that changed everything; “You may have to start insulin.”

That was my wake-up call. I realised my body needed help, and I had to make serious changes before things went out of hand.

How I Discovered FFD

Around that time, my wife came across Dr. Pramod Tripathi’s videos and FFD success stories on Facebook.

She kept encouraging me to look into it. At first, I was hesitant because it felt too good to be true.

But when I saw how structured and scientifically guided the program was, I decided to take the leap.

Joining FFD turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life.

My Reversal Journey

Before joining, my HbA1c was around 8.0. With proper guidance from the FFD team, structured diet, and lifestyle protocols, my levels dropped to 6.6 without insulin.

Initially, following the Phase 1 diet was a bit challenging.

As someone used to quick meals like poha or bread for breakfast, switching to khapli rotis and dal-based foods took time.

But once I adapted, it felt completely natural.

The bigger transformation, however, was internal. FFD’s process made me aware of how harmful my earlier habits were.

I quit smoking and drinking completely things I never imagined I could let go of.

The first month without those dopamine triggers was hard, but over time, my body and mind started feeling lighter, calmer, and more stable.

My cholesterol ratios also improved significantly. Earlier, my LDL was elevated, but with omega-3, better food choices, and consistency, everything is now in control.

I also lost about 4–5 kg of unhealthy weight and built good muscle mass through exercise and better nutrition.

Athletic Identity

For me, gymming became the key to recovery both physically and mentally.

When I started going to the gym, I noticed an immediate uplift in mood and focus. The “feel-good” chemicals I was missing after quitting smoking and alcohol returned in a natural, healthy way.

Whenever I’m home in Noida, I work out in the gym; and when I visit my hometown, I practice Surya Namaskar 21 rounds daily.
Exercise has now become my anchor my Athletic Identity.

Current Lifestyle & Reflection

Today, I live a far more conscious and structured life. I understand exactly what affects my sugar levels and how to bring them back under control.

Even if my sugars rise, I now have the tools and awareness to handle it, something I lacked earlier.

I also practice journaling once or twice a week, especially on difficult days, which helps me stay mindful and grounded.

The emotional clarity, focus, and confidence I’ve developed through FFD have positively influenced every part of my life not just health, but also work and family.
