The opportunity came through my company’s special health initiative.
L&T shortlisted employees with high-risk diabetes and enrolled us in FFD.
My main motivation was reducing my insulin and getting diabetes under control.

Within just one month of joining, my insulin stopped completely, and my medicines dropped from 5–6 pills to just 3.
From there, the transformation only got better.
My HbA1c came down from 9.2 to 5.7, and I lost 10 kg going from 102.5 kg to 92.5 kg.
