My Diabetes Story
I was diagnosed with diabetes after taking long-term psychiatric medication for schizophrenia. Initially, I relied on herbal life supplements and also diabetes medicine.

My HbA1c was 6.5 at the time of joining FFD as I was following strict diet that on lower calorie food intake and only on one meal with herbal life supplements.
But side effect was that I had loose motion continuously after taking that supplements and strong acidity.
Due to which I need to take acidity medicine and mouth had infection due high heat generated in my body as pitta was increased.
But when I joined FFD not only my diabetes medicine was stopped considering my hba1c 6.5 at the time of joining FFD but in two days of diet protocol my acidity vanished away like never had before.

I enjoy badminton and cycling, and incorporate physical activity into my routine as much as possible.
