My Diabetes Story

I was diagnosed with diabetes around 2015. Initially, I was prescribed Metformin (500 mg twice daily) but due to my busy schedule and work commitments, I didn’t take it seriously.

My eating habits were poor. I consumed a lot of sweets, rarely exercised, and often ignored my health.

I had angina about 10 years ago and was on statins (Atorvastatin/Rosuvastatin), but I had no family history of diabetes or blood pressure issues.

My lifestyle, diet, and irregular activity were the main contributors to my diabetes.

Early symptoms included mild balanitis, which was operated upon, and later, mild peripheral neuropathy with tingling and numbness in fingers due to early nerve damage.

With proper B12 supplementation, these symptoms are resolved.

How FFD Was Introduced and What Made Me Join
