My Diabetes Story

 

I did not have any symptoms, but during my routine annual check-up, I noticed that my HbA1c and insulin levels were rising.

With a family history of diabetes my mother being diabetic I knew I had to act early.

Even though I was not diabetic yet, I was in the prediabetic range, and that was a clear warning sign for me.
