I have always been a fairly active person, but my weight had plateaued for years. No matter what I tried on my own, the numbers refused to move below 94–95 kg.

My Reversal Story
The changes started showing early.

I’ve always enjoyed free-hand exercises, but after joining FFD, I discovered new possibilities:

- Resumed swimming (though travel occasionally interrupted it)

Even when I travel, I make sure I stay active in some form. That consistency has been one of the biggest gifts of the program.

Though I didn’t attend the Inner Transformation sessions specifically, I already practiced meditation and light yoga earlier. These habits helped me stay calm and grounded.

Current Lifestyle & Reflection
Today, I maintain a healthy weight range, eat mindfully, and stay active through gym workouts, Surya Namaskar, and occasional swimming.
I follow a normal, sustainable diet without extremes, something I can continue lifelong. The biggest shift has been awareness. I am more conscious of what I eat, how much I move, and how my body responds.
