My Diabetes Story

My diabetes was detected during my routine annual health check-up. I had no symptoms, no visible problems, and life was moving fast typical for someone in consulting.

With both my parents being diabetic, I always knew I was at risk, but the diagnosis still came as a surprise.

My HbA1c was 7.8, and I was advised to start medication immediately. Along with diabetes, I was on medicines for blood pressure, and my liver parameters were slightly off.

Being a frequent international traveller, keeping up with health routines was never easy, and slowly the dependency on medicines began to bother me. I didn’t want this to become a lifelong cycle.

How FFD Was Introduced to Me

Current Lifestyle & Reflection

Even now, meditation supports my physical and mental health every day.

Though I couldn’t attend many inner transformation sessions due to travel, the discipline I built early on in the program helped me achieve reversal effectively.
