My Diabetes Story

My sugar issue was first detected when a home test showed a reading of 180.

 I was overweight 75 kg at just five feet tall and had a family history of diabetes.

When my doctor started tablets, I knew I didn’t want a life dependent on medicines.

I wanted to heal naturally. That search changed my life.

How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?

In early 2020, came across the book The Diabetic Code by Jason Fung.
