I first saw Dr. Pramod Tripathi’s videos during the Covid period. At first, I wasn’t convinced. I tried everything on my own diet tweaks, exercise, self-help videos but nothing gave lasting results.
Later, a video by Dr. Malhar drove home a simple truth: if you could have done it alone, you would have by now. That’s when I decided to join FFD.

When I started FFD, my HbA1c had once been as high as 12. Within the first month, I saw visible changes.
My HbA1c dropped to 5.7 at its lowest point, and I lost 6 kg initially (from 86 to 80 kg). After joining the FFF protocol, I lost another 4 kg, reaching 77–78 kg.
