My Obesity Story
Years of frequent travel, irregular schedules, work stress, and a lack of focus on health led to my weight rising close to 98 kg.

Transformation Journey
In my first batch (Batch 49), I lost around 15–16 kg over a year, reaching 82–83 kg.
However After few years ,weight gain brought me back again to 96–97 kg as I didn’t sustainably followed protocols .
I rejoined FFD with my wife in Batch 111 and managed to reduce weight again to 87 kg and I am on my way to get it to 81-82 Kgs in near future .

I discovered my love for jogging through FFD, running mid-distance events up to 15 km with my wife.
Though knee issues and other factors made us stop, we now maintain fitness through gym workouts, swimming, and yoga.
