Hello!
I’m Natin Jain, a working professional from Noida. After living with diabetes for over 14 years, I never imagined I could take control of my health the way I have today. Thanks to Freedom From Diabetes, I’ve experienced a powerful shift physically and mentally and I’m excited to share my story with you.

Key Takeaways
  • HbA1c dropped from 12.9 to 7.3
  • Lost 14–15 kg (from 82 kg to ~67–68 kg)
  • No longer on cholesterol medication
  • Hypertension under control

My Diabetes Story

My diabetes journey began when I visited the doctor for unexplained shoulder pain. It wasn’t a frozen shoulder, just some discomfort that led to a round of blood tests and that’s when I found out my sugar levels were high.

I had no symptoms, no family history, and wasn’t on any long-term medication for cholesterol or BP at the time.

Later, gallstones were also detected, but those came after the diabetes diagnosis. I did have some stress-related hypertension, but nothing alarming.

I was overweight, something that had always been the case since childhood but I never struggled with stamina or mobility.

How FFD Entered My Life

I first heard about FFD from someone who had completed the program and benefited from it.

Honestly, I wasn’t too keen initially; it was more due to family encouragement that I finally joined.

At the time, I didn’t think much of it. But looking back, that one step was a game-changer.

Reversal Story

Before FFD, I weighed around 82 kg and didn’t have a structured exercise routine. After joining the program and following the guidance sincerely, I lost nearly 14 kg.

My weight now fluctuates between 67 and 68 kg. My energy levels have gone up, and I feel a lot lighter overall.

The most remarkable part? My HbA1c dropped from 12.9 to 7.3. That’s a huge shift for someone who had been diabetic for so long.

Exercise & Daily Routine

Previously, my only activity was a 30–35 minute morning walk. Since joining FFD, I’ve added proper exercise to my routine 30–40 minutes in the morning and again in the evening,

And mostly doing FFD-guided workouts at home.

Despite a tight work schedule (I leave home at 7 AM and return by 7 PM), I make time to stay active.

I haven’t discovered my athletic identity yet, but I’m working on it.

Mental Wellness & Inner Transformation

While I haven’t joined Inner Transformation sessions or taken up meditation yet due to time constraints, I’ve made a strong start on the physical side of the journey.

I know there's more to explore, especially in managing stress better, and I hope to gradually incorporate that too.

Current Lifestyle & Reflection

Today, my health has significantly improved. I’ve stopped cholesterol medication, and my BP stays in check.

My sugar levels are better, and my energy has returned. It’s a huge win considering how hectic and stressful life can get.

Key Quote

“It has been beneficial to me till now.”

That might sound modest, but in truth, it reflects my grounded belief in steady, sustainable change.

FFD didn’t just give me results, it gave me a system that works, even when life is busy.
