My Diabetes Story 

I always knew diabetes could catch up with me some day given my family history. So I took regular check-ups every 3–4 months.

One day, my reports confirmed it: I had diabetes. My HbA1c was 9.6%, though I had no visible symptoms.

Over the years, I was prescribed both insulin and tablets taking 20 units in the morning and 20 at night.

Despite all that, I wasn’t in control. I was functioning, but not thriving.

How I discovered FFD 

Two of my friends independently recommended FFD. I had tried different approaches earlier, but nothing truly worked. So I thought why not try something new? I enrolled in FFD, and that decision changed my life.

Reversal Story

In just 15 days of starting FFD, I was completely off insulin. It felt like a miracle. My oral medications were also reduced significantly.

Today, my HbA1c is between 7.2–7.5%, and I feel far more in control. My doctor and the FFD team are now helping me reduce meds further and working on stabilizing my fasting sugars. 

Weight Loss & Physical Transformation

I used to weigh 79 kg. I lost 10 kg and now maintain a healthy 69 kg. Earlier, I ate way too much without realizing it.

Now, I know what to eat, when, and how much. Even after hotel buffets during work trips, my weight doesn’t spike because I know how to eat smart.

Fitness & Movement

Due to knee issues, I can't run or cycle. But I still train three times a week with weights. I’ve started building strength and muscle, and I’ve been told some weight gain from training is expected.

Still in Progress 

Though my sugar levels have improved, my fasting sugar remains a bit high. Because of that, I haven’t cleared the GTT yet.

Today, I’m more aware, more energetic, and more mindful. The biggest change? I know how to eat right. That clarity alone is worth everything. I’m no longer confused, tempted, or misled.
