My Story
When I joined FFD in February 2023 (Batch 93), my HbA1c was 6.5 in the pre-diabetic range and I had gained considerable weight over the years.
I wasn’t feeling sick, but I knew change was necessary. My husband and I enrolled in the year-long Holistic Transformation Program with a shared determination to improve our health.

At the FFD conference, I saw transformation stories that were both inspiring and real. On returning home, I shared my excitement with my husband. We didn’t waste any time we signed up together.
Reversal Story
Our journey began in April 2023, but the first few months were challenging as we were traveling abroad for almost three months.

The real change happened after we returned in September. I committed fully to the protocol’s diet, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.
I joined Habit Yoga online, practiced regularly, and stayed consistent.

Athletic Identity
Today, I can say I’m far more active than before. Regular yoga, structured exercise, and better stamina have become part of my identity. I’m no longer just “trying” to be fit, I live it.
Current Lifestyle & Reflection
I meditate daily, a habit I’ve kept for 5–6 years thanks to the guidance of BK Shivani. It keeps me calm, focused, and motivated.
I’m also planning to include two fasting days a week and fine-tune my nutrition for even better results.
