My Diabetes Story
Back in 2004, I first experienced frequent urination and was tested at Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Centre in Chennai. The diagnosis: pre-diabetes. Coming from a family with a diabetic history, I stayed cautious but by 2010, I had progressed to full diabetes and started on medication.
Career instability added fuel to the fire. Stress increased, BP shot up, weight crept up to 78 kg, and I developed full-body psoriasis.

How I Found FFD and Why I Chose It
I had already tried naturopathy, which helped reduce my HbA1c from 10 to 6.4 in 45 days. But I needed deeper, longer-term change. That’s when I found FFD and everything began to shift.
