My Diabetes Story

I was diagnosed during a routine company health check-up. Initially, medicines helped slightly, but I continued to feel uncomfortable with fluctuating sugar levels.

With a family history of diabetes, the condition always felt like a shadow looming in the background.

Before joining FFD, I was dependent on medication every morning and evening.

Within 3 months, I became completely medicine-free.

Weight was another struggle. I was around 110 kg now I am 104.

With diet, fasting, and lifestyle changes, I lost 6 kg, and feel noticeably lighter.
