My Diabetes Story
My health journey began with symptoms of excessive thirst and hunger, along with burning feet and intense fatigue. I went in for a check-up, and that’s when diabetes was diagnosed.
It was a shock but what was worse was the constant tiredness. I couldn’t even finish regular chores at home. I felt drained.
How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?
I first heard about Dr. Pramod Tripathi from a video by Dr. B.M. Hegde. I looked him up on YouTube and started watching more about FFD.From the beginning, I knew I didn’t want to start diabetes medicines. I didn’t want to get caught in that loop. FFD offered me a natural path and that was exactly what I was looking for.

I joined the FFD program and started following all protocols sincerely. My HbA1c came down from 7.7 to around 7.0, and my diabetes medication dosage reduced.I was never on insulin. What’s more amazing is my thyroid. My TSH was 6.21, and without any thyroid medicines, it came down to 3.73 just by following FFD’s diet and routine for 3 months.
Before FFD, weight loss was nearly impossible for me due to thyroid, but now I’m able to manage it confidently.
