My Diabetes Story

Reversal Story
When I joined FFD, my weight was 89 kg. I used to feel breathless even while walking. Jogging left me exhausted for the entire day, and my pulse rate would only settle by the next morning.
Now, after following FFD protocols, my weight is down to 73–74 kg. I feel light, strong, and in control. I jog 6–7 km twice a week, and I no longer feel drained or breathless afterward.
