My Diabetes Story

My diabetes journey began in 2021. I was undergoing major surgery as a liver donor for my husband, and that’s when prediabetes was first identified.

With diabetes heavily present on both sides of my family, I always knew I was at risk, but life and work kept me moving continuously.

Last April, my HbA1c shot up to 10, and that’s when I realized I couldn’t ignore it any longer.

How I Was Introduced to FFD & Why I Joined

I came to know about FFD through my sister-in-law, who had already benefited from the program. Watching her results gave me confidence.

Even though my duty timings (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.) didn’t allow me to participate in every challenge or session, I stayed committed to the basics.

I lost weight initially from around 53 kg to 49 kg but with better nutrition and routine, my body is now stabilizing again.

Through meditation, regular walking, and climbing stairs, I found a rhythm that works for my lifestyle.

Even without heavy workouts or advanced protocols, the program helped me stay consistent and grounded.

Most importantly, I now feel in control mentally, physically, and emotionally.
