Hello all,

I am Minesh Kumar Waghela, a Pharmaceutical Distributor from Chattisgarh.

Why did I join FFD?

I wanted to reverse my diabetes anyhow and become fit to support my family and live a good life.

Diabetes story

In the year 2012, I faced many consequences.  There was long-term stress, lifestyle too was irregular.  In 2016, my sugars were found to be very high 400-450 range.  Despite many medicines, I started suffering from diabetic neuropathy and this was a fire alarm.  I was also put on insulin which quite frankly did not help matters improve.

How did FFD happen?

I came to know about FFD through one of my brother's colleagues who was an FFD participant.

Why I chose FFD

I joined FFD's diabetes reversal program HTP batch 76.

To be honest, I found hope in FFD, because it seemed to be the only organization that was not selling a product but suggesting lifestyle changes

My Reversal Journey

The 36 units of insulin which I was taking every day took about 1.5 months to stop. My medicines too have been reduced to a negligible amount.  I lost 9 kg of weight and became lean but have now gained back a few kilograms of good muscle weight. Amazingly, I have started feeling all is well now.

I have become more energetic, my skin is glowing, and my dark circles have vanished.

I am a National level badminton player and have been playing it throughout. But with FFD have regained stamina like earlier.
