My Diabetes Story
I was diagnosed with diabetes nearly 15 years ago, around 2009–2010, After feeling unwell and consulting a doctor. Since both my parents had diabetes, The diagnosis didn’t come as a surprise.
I started medication right away, But despite my efforts, my sugar levels kept gradually rising.
Over the years, diabetes took a toll on my health. An operation four years ago left me physically weak. I dealt with chronic leg pain, fatigue, and persistently high blood sugars, even with dietary control.
My HbA1c once peaked at 8.9. Alongside diabetes, I faced multiple issues like high blood pressure, Frequent infections, Itching in one leg, and IBS.
I also struggled with poor balance, and tests showed I had low levels of cholesterol, Vitamin B12, and iron.
How was FFD introduced, and what made me choose it?
I came to know about Freedom From Diabetes (FFD) through my brother, Devendra Gosar, A freelancer. His transformation truly inspired me—He was able to run 11 km in just one hour! Seeing his recovery gave me hope.
I was deeply worried about my rising sugar levels, Which were not improving despite all my efforts, So I decided to join FFD.

Reversal Story
After joining FFD, I experienced remarkable health improvements. My HbA1c dropped from 7.6 to 6.7, and I started feeling much better overall.
Though my sugar levels occasionally spike after meals, They stabilize within a day—Something that never happened before. I now feel stronger, more energetic, and can walk independently, which I couldn’t do earlier.
I lost significant weight—going from 77 kg to around 65 kg. Before FFD, I had peaked at 82 kg but lost a few kilos through initial diet changes.
I cut down on oily homemade food, realizing even that was affecting my health.
Due to knee pain, I follow Dr. Subhankar Mahapure’s low-impact exercise routine for seniors, which helps me stay active without strain.

During a tough phase of depression, meditation gave me peace when I feared my health would never improve.
When my BP rose and I was diagnosed with kidney issues, a cardiologist prescribed medication that finally stabilized it.
Though I did not reach out to FFD experts during that period, I relied on meditation and gentle movement. I know I need to be more regular with it.
Today, I am in a much better place—managing my diabetes, walking confidently, and feeling in control.
