My Health Story

I never had diabetes. My HbA1c was always within the normal range.

However, my cholesterol levels were steadily increasing, and with a known family history of cholesterol-related issues,

I did not want to wait for complications to appear.

I had tried medicines and dietary restrictions earlier, but the results were inconsistent. What I lacked was structure and discipline.

How FFD Entered My Life

Freedom From Diabetes was introduced to us as part of a corporate wellness initiative at my workplace (L&T).

My Transformation Story

When I joined the program, my health markers were a clear wake-up call. My total cholesterol was 261, LDL stood at 192, and my weight had reached 74 kg.

My cholesterol dropped to 189, LDL reduced to 127, and my weight came down to 66 kg.

In just about two months, I had already lost nearly 8 kg, something I had struggled to achieve for years despite trying on my own.

Later, due to work pressure and personal responsibilities, my consistency slipped, and that showed in slight fluctuations in my reports.

I exercise at home, strictly following the exercise protocols recommended by FFD.

I regularly practice Sahajyoga meditation, which has helped me manage stress and anxiety much better.

Mentally, I feel calmer and more in control compared to earlier.

Today, I feel lighter, more energetic, and mentally relaxed. My cholesterol and weight are far better managed than before.

Most importantly, I have gained awareness about food choices, sugar intake, sedentary habits, and stress.
