In my annual body checkup in June 2023, I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. Both my father and now my elder sister have this condition. Fortunately, I didn't have any other health issues.

Wanting to improve my health and lose weight, I started looking for a solution.

Joining FFD has proven to be a wise decision, and I have only benefited from it. Following the plan designed by the team, I began to see progress.

My blood sugar levels started stabilizing, and my HbA1c improved from 6.5 to 5.7. My weight loss from 94 kg to 85 kg has been excellent.

I wasn't taking any medication before, but I became more conscious about eating the right foods, avoiding the wrong ones, and eating in moderation.

Exercise-wise, I engage in normal walking and swimming, avoiding activities like hiking due to a past knee injury.
